AI-enabled Process Transformation

Applying AI to how your business actually works, and building the systems to make it stick.

AI has changed what a small team can build and how quickly. It has also produced a great deal of noise. Our interest is narrow: which of your business processes can be made materially better with the tools now available, and what it would take to do that properly.

Over the last year we have used AI to transform business processes by implementing modern, production-grade systems. The clearest example is our own: an enterprise costing system, designed and built by one person using AI-assisted development, in about eight weeks. Software of that scope would conventionally have taken a team several months.

That experience is now what we offer.

What we do

  • Process assessment. Which processes are candidates for AI, which are not, and why. An honest answer, not a sales pitch.
  • Process redesign. Rebuilding the process around what AI does well (drafting, classification, extraction, summarising, pattern-finding) and what still needs a person.
  • System build and integration. Building the tools that embed AI into daily work, connected to the systems you already run.
  • AI-assisted development. Using modern AI development tooling to deliver enterprise-grade software faster, with the testing, security and documentation that phrase implies.
  • Governance and guardrails. Where data goes, what the model is allowed to do, how outputs are checked, and how you stay in control.

Principles

  • Start from the process, not the model. The question is what needs to change, not which AI to buy.
  • Enterprise standards still apply. Automated testing, security review, version control, documentation. Speed is not an excuse.
  • Keep humans where judgement matters. AI should remove drudgery, not accountability.
  • Measure it. Every engagement should have a before and an after you can point to.

Who this is for

  • Businesses with repetitive, document-heavy or data-heavy processes.
  • Leaders who have been asked "what is our AI strategy" and want a grounded answer.
  • Organisations that have piloted AI and want to move to something that runs every day.
